Find Me The Girl

It ended before it began

And I died before I came to live

I don't know how it happened,

The story began to unfold,

Your mind entered mine,

Began construction,

Scaffolding here, replaster there

I felt the footsteps of odd-looking engineers

Nobody asked for my permission

In their procession to my cerebral,

Hammering here and decoding there,

They told me the architect was on vacation

I don't even think they knew

What the final form of the building

Was supposed to look like

They just yanked and hammered

I was wrong,

No, I was all wrong

The sound was of no hammer,

Mining

They were mining

𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘪𝘳𝘭

Headache to migraine,

A final trepidation

Inside,

𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘪

𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘩𝘦𝘳

𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘪 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯

Destruction
